For the past couple of weeks, Sam has really wanted to feed himself.

Jordan or I would try to feed him and he would start to get fussy and try to grab the spoon.

So now we give him a spoonful of food and he does the rest!

At the end of each bite he adds a little laugh!

On Friday, Sam and I went to my mom's school carnival where she teaches. Sam had so much fun! He got to play many of the games and jump in a jumper. And eat yummy treats.

Schnepf Farm and Pumpkin Carving!

This past Saturday, our little family went to Schnepf Farm. We had so much fun but it was a tad bit warm! There was so much to do and see!

Sam was so excited when we arrived!


Sam got to go on a pony ride. At first he was very unsure and even a little scared. But as soon as the ride started he was excited and realized how fun it was.

Yee Hah!!!

Once again, he found a rock and he carried it everywhere!

He tried out a different kind of swing!

They had a huge play area for the kiddos to play on.

He got his face painted! We were surprised that he sat still!

We rode a train around the farm. Sam got really excited when we were on the train!

Then it was time to find the right pumpkin!

He finally found one he liked and it was just the right size!
To make sure it was his to keep, he licked the pumpkin!

I don't know! I thought it was gross too!!

Sam's new trick!! Spinning! One day he was watching Barney and as usual the big purple dinosaur was singing and dancing! Sam picked up on it and started spinning! And he can't stop!!!

On Thursday we went to the Zoo with BillieJean, Celynda and her kiddos. We had so much fun! BillieJean spoiled Sam and I the whole time! Thanks BillieJean!

At the zoo is a fun treehouse.
Brooklyn was a champ walking up the steep ramp

but Sam had a little trouble!
As Sam tried to make it up the ramp
he tried to take Brooklyn down but she held on!


Inside the treehouse are some cute little pieces of furniture.

Under the treehouse is a little stream.
The kids had a blast playing in it!

Sam is in rock heaven! This kid loves rocks! Everywhere we go he's collecting rocks!!

As we ate the ducks tried to accompany us! At first Sam was fine but by the end of lunch he wasn't a fan of ducks!
As he tried to shew them away one duck ate his chip from his hand.
Sam gave out a scream in fright!
